Drive research innovation in a temporary Associate Scientific Director role with Transpharmation. Oversee project integrity and foster client relations while conducting high-quality scientific research.

This 18-month temporary position requires a dedicated Scientific Director to manage robust research projects and ensure regulatory compliance. You'll provide scientific expertise, develop study proposals, and enhance operational efficiency. Collaborate with various teams to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and advance scientific offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed study proposals for client projects

• Collaborate with clients to align research goals and methodologies

• Provide insights into animal models for translational research

• Maintain regulatory compliance and financial oversight

• Communicate project progress with stakeholders

Requirements:

•

B.Sc. in a relevant field; higher degrees advantageous

• 3-5 years’ experience managing research projects

• Proven ability in animal studies and quality laboratory services

• Strong communication skills for internal and external collaboration

• Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and safety practices
