Part‑Time Sales Associate – Nespresso (Floater)

Location: Kitchener and Guelph

Schedule: Evenings/Weekends

Salary: 22$/hr

• Create an inviting and interactive experience for customers, ensuring they feel valued and informed.
• Meet or exceed sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Provide expert knowledge on the luxury products and their features, offering tailored recommendations to suit each customer’s needs.
• Accurately record and submit daily sales reports.
• Treat your workstation as your own space: maintain the presentation and cleanliness of the kiosk, including managing inventory.

• A minimum of 6 months of retail sales experience, ideally in a commission‑based or goal‑driven environment.

• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently.
• Self‑driven and ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Ability to stand for the duration of your shift.
• Access to a smartphone with internet capability.
• Access to a vehicle is an asset but not required.
