Elevate customer interactions as a Brand Ambassador at American Eagle in Guelph. Ensure guests enjoy remarkable shopping experiences by sharing your passion for products daily.
As a part-time Senior Brand Ambassador at Stone Road Mall, you will engage customers through the AEO Selling Model, provide in-depth product knowledge on AE and Aerie offerings, and showcase our loyalty program to boost brand loyalty. You'll seamlessly assist in various capacities across the store to meet guest needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Actively engage customers using the AEO Selling Model
• Share knowledge about AE and Aerie product lines
• Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and benefits
• Flexibly assist in Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, and Stockroom duties
• Proactively address guest concerns and resolve issues
Requirements:
• Love for interacting with customers and retail
• Retail experience is an advantage
• Availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks with energy
