Position Overview

Join us as a Sales Associate at Best Buy Express, a hybrid tech retail and telecommunications service provider. The role is located in Guelph, Ontario and is part‑time.

• Serve as expert on technology products and solutions.
• Build connections with customers to identify appropriate solutions.
• Achieve personal sales goals.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain peak store performance.

• Passion for technology, telecommunications and sales.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Experience in retail sales, customer service or hospitality (asset).
• Second language skills welcomed; adequate French required for Quebec positions.

• 32 hours per week, including a minimum of five continuous hours per shift on weekdays and weekends.
• At least two open‑shift windows and two close‑shift windows; one full weekday availability required.
• Shifts no less than five hours.

• Hourly rate $20.00–$28.00, with commissions based on performance.
