Step into a part-time Senior Brand Ambassador role at AEO in Guelph, Ontario! Be the brand ambassador that provides exceptional shopping experiences and fosters connections with customers.
This position requires you to utilize the AEO Selling Model to engage every guest effectively while sharing your passion for AE & Aerie products. You'll be responsible for promoting the loyalty program and assisting shoppers across diverse store zones. Your integrity and energy contribute significantly to the brand experience in every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage shoppers with the AEO Selling Model
• Guide customers on AE & Aerie product features
• Share information about the AEO loyalty program
• Assist in Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, and Stockroom tasks
• Address guest concerns with company policies in mind
Requirements:
• Personable and energetic individual
• Minimum 18 years old with prior retail experience
• Flexible availability for evenings and weekends
• Strong passion for AE and Aerie products
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
