Part of Andrew Peller Limited, The Wine Shop is looking for a Sales Associate to provide outstanding customer service and support. This position requires at least two years of customer service experience and a Smart Serve Certification. You'll assist customers with purchases, manage cash transactions, and handle product shipments while ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure total customer satisfaction during every interaction

• Assist customers with product information and purchases

• Handle cash and accurately balance the till

• Assist with product merchandising and light cleaning

• Comply with health and safety regulations in the workplace

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience

• Smart Serve Certification required

• Working knowledge of Windows applications

• Flexibility to work various shifts

• Ability to lift 40 lbs regularly
