• Clean, trim, and prepare carcasses for processing

• Divide carcasses into manageable sizes
• Work with specialized equipment maintaining safety
Requirements:
• 1-7 months of butchery experience required
• Previous experience with manual cutting utensils preferred
• Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced settings
• Attention to detail and commitment to tasks
• Basic English proficiency
