Join The Wine Shop as a Sales Associate and deliver exceptional customer service while engaging with wine enthusiasts. This role emphasizes product knowledge and customer satisfaction every day.
You will play a key role in providing an outstanding shopping experience for customers at The Wine Shop. A minimum of two years of customer service experience and Smart Serve Certification are required. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers, managing cash transactions, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure total customer satisfaction through outstanding service
• Provide product information and assistance during purchases
• Handle product shipments and maintain merchandising standards
• Balance the cash register accurately after each transaction
• Follow health and safety protocols within the workplace
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
• Smart Serve Certification required
• Familiarity with point of sale systems
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly
