Position Title

Store - GUELPH, ON

• Build customer relationships and create memorable framing solutions.
• Assist customers with product selection, locating items, and providing solutions.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and clutter‑free store environment.
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), company policies, and safety programs.
• Complete framing orders with high quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready‑made frame department, including SISO and Directed Replenishment areas.
• Operate the cash register and handle cash according to company standards.
• Participate in truck unload and stocking processes, ensuring standards are met and completed within budget.
• Assist with omnichannel processes and other duties as assigned.

• Basic computer skills.
• Basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and a glass cutter.
• Preferred:
  Retail experience and experience selling products or services to customers.

Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching. Ability to move throughout the store and remain standing for long periods. Lifting heavy boxes and frames, and accessing high shelves using a ladder or similar equipment.

Public retail store setting, with most public areas climate controlled. Some stock rooms may not be climate controlled. Occasional outdoor work for retrieving shopping carts or unloading trucks. Frame shop contains a glass cutter and heat press. Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Total Base Pay Range: $17.85 - $20.75 per hour.
