This role supports WOW! Mobile Boutique's mission to provide exceptional experiences across Guelph, Ontario. You will actively engage with mall shoppers, manage client relationships using our CRM, and maintain store operations. Personalizing customer interactions is key as you represent leading wireless brands including TELUS, Rogers, and Koodo.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage mall traffic and guide through sales process

• Maintain relationships with prospective clients using CRM

• Promote WOW! brand and create awareness

• Offer personalized, unbiased advice to customers

• Manage inventory and ensure store cleanliness

Requirements:

• Retail or hospitality experience using point-of-sale

• Flexible to work evenings and weekends

• Customer-focused mindset and open to feedback

• Ability to lift 30-50 pounds

• Adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment
