Your role will also involve handling cash and maintaining a well-presented store.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure every customer receives outstanding service
• Assist with product selection and provide in-depth information
• Accurately handle cash transactions and reconcile the till
• Aid in product shipments and inventory display
• Adhere to safety and security protocols in the workplace
Requirements:
• Requires 2 years of customer service experience
• Smart Serve Certification necessary
• Experience with POS systems is beneficial
• Skilled in Windows applications including Word and Excel
• Capable of lifting 40lbs regularly
