Drive customer satisfaction as a Keyholder at Nova Cannabis's Value Buds in Guelph, ON.
Your role will include engaging shoppers and sharing cannabis insights for an enjoyable visit.
We are seeking Keyholders who excel in customer service and can adapt to various challenges. You’ll foster a welcoming environment while ensuring the store remains operationally sound. Daily tasks include educating clients on product offerings and participating in promotional activities that enhance the Nova brand.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers and address their needs
• Maintain a clean and inviting store environment
• Stay informed on cannabis products and trends
• Process transactions with high accuracy
• Re-stock inventory to meet customer demands
Requirements:
• Minimum 2-year experience in retail or hospitality
• Preferred background in cannabis or healthcare
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Cann Sell certification must be obtained
• Successful completion of a Criminal Record Check
