Michaels Seasonal Service Team Member

Support customers at Michaels in Guelph, ON as a Seasonal Service Team Member. Deliver exceptional service, assist with product location, and manage cash transactions swiftly.

This role focuses on customer interaction and ensuring a great shopping experience while you perform essential store tasks. You'll take part in stock organization, unloading, and maintaining recovery standards, while also educating customers on our Rewards program. Your involvement in daily store operations will contribute to a positive shopping atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to provide excellent service

• Execute cash handling accurately at the checkout

• Inform customers about the Rewards program

• Assist with store stock and merchandise organization

• Participate in the truck unloading and cleaning processes

Requirements:

• Preferably have retail or customer service background

• Must be able to lift and move heavy items

• Must be able to stand for extended periods

• Flexible availability for evening and weekend shifts

• Applicants must be at least sixteen years of age
