As a key player at Roots, you will link the leadership team with sales associates to foster a positive store culture. You will be instrumental in motivating your team and aligning operational objectives to meet customer needs. Your background in luxury retail will be invaluable as you contribute to improving store performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily store operations and team performance
• Facilitate onboarding and training processes
• Ensure positive customer service experiences
• Communicate with associates about performance
• Perform inventory and operational duties as required
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of retail experience in apparel
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team
• Strong organizational skills
• Availability for flexible shifts, including weekends
• Familiarity with daily banking and POS operations
