The Role

We are looking for motivated Sales Representatives who are excited to represent Neo at activation events such as malls, campuses, local businesses and large retail partners. In this role you will acquire customers by signing them up for the Neo Credit card, Neo Money account and other Neo products. As the face of Neo, you will earn a guaranteed hourly rate plus an uncapped commission for each product successfully opened, and bonuses for exceeding targets – paid semi‑monthly.

You will be notified the moment a customer opens a Neo Account using your link, enabling real‑time performance tracking.

Earnings
  • Base pay of $20.00 per hour, plus instant commission at the point of sale.
  • Average on‑target wage of $36 per hour.
  • Additional performance bonuses.
