Elevate community support as a Full-Time Scheduler at Guelph Independent Living. This temporary role focuses on managing schedules for Outreach and Assisted Living Programs, ensuring seamless service delivery.
Guelph Independent Living seeks a dedicated Admin Support Worker for a 3-month full-time contract. Your scheduling expertise will directly impact service delivery for clients, including adults with disabilities and seniors. You'll manage scheduling tasks using Zaqen Care, covering sick calls, vacations, and ensuring attendance reports.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare monthly schedules per collective agreement
• Maintain schedules in Zaqen Care software
• Schedule coverage for absences and requests
• Communicate schedule changes effectively
• Perform rotating on-call duties as needed
Requirements:
• 2-year community college diploma or 1-2 years of scheduling experience
• Knowledge of services for adults with disabilities
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Excel
• Previous experience in a nonprofit or unionized setting
