As a Sales Associate within the Auto Canada dealership network, you will engage with customers online, over the phone, and in person.

Your role is essential in guiding potential buyers through vehicle selection, negotiating terms, and ensuring a seamless purchasing experience. Candidates should have at least three years of customer-facing experience and demonstrate a proactive, 'hunter' mentality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers on the showroom floor

• Answer questions about vehicle options and financing

• Build rapport with customers for effective sales

• Maintain an up-to-date customer database

• Present vehicles through test drives and demonstrations

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older for insurance

• 3+ years in customer-facing roles required

• Valid CA-issued Driver’s License and acceptable Driver’s Abstract

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
