Securiguard Shift Supervisor Position

Securiguard seeks an experienced Shift Supervisor to enhance workplace safety in various environments. This role requires strong supervisory skills and security expertise, with responsibilities including monitoring CCTV systems and managing access controls. Ideal candidates will bring empathy and effective communication to apply discretion in security management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enforce provincial and municipal security regulations

• Monitor CCTV systems and control room operations

• Manage access and respond to security incidents

• Report hazards and breaches promptly

• Supervise and support security staff effectively

Requirements:

• 1.5 years of security experience, 1 year supervisory

• Valid Ontario Security License required

• Standard First Aid & CPR Level C with AED

• Strong communication skills and empathy

• Crowd management and problem-solving abilities
