Securiguard is hiring a Shift Supervisor with a strong background in security for roles in Healthcare, Retail, or other environments. This position emphasizes compliance with safety regulations while overseeing CCTV monitoring and access control duties. Effective communication and problem-solving skills are crucial for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct security checks and enforce regulations

• Manage access control and incident responses

• Oversee CCTV system operation effectively

• Report security issues and hazards timely

• Mentor and guide security team members

Requirements:

• 1.5 years of security experience, 1 year supervisory

• Valid Ontario Security License is necessary

• Standard First Aid & CPR Level C with AED training

• Strong communication and crowd management skills

• Ability to remain on foot for extended periods
