Security Guard Casual Positions

Join Paladin Security as a Casual Security Guard in the vibrant Guelph/Kitchener area, where your role will span multiple sites including healthcare. You will be pivotal in maintaining safety and security.

This on-call position demands flexibility and includes traversing various healthcare and non-healthcare locations. Responsibilities range from monitoring surveillance systems to engaging in conflict resolution. Your contribution is vital in creating a secure environment for patients, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine patrols of hospital grounds

• Operate alarm systems and surveillance cameras

• Ensure controlled access to restricted hospital areas

• Act promptly in emergency situations

• Provide courteous customer service to hospital patrons

Requirements:

• Valid Ontario Security License required

• First Aid & CPR - Level C certification

• Clean driving abstract for G class license is beneficial

• Past experience in security, law enforcement, or related areas

• Required immunizations must be documented
