Emergency Response Crew Operator in Ontario

Join Emcon Services as an Emergency Response Crew Operator based out of Ayr Patrol Yard in London, Ontario. We value safety and experience in highway maintenance for this critical role.

As a vital part of our team, you will report directly to the Patrol Supervisor and be responsible for emergency road closures and managing traffic operations effectively. Your highway maintenance experience will support emergency services and ensure accurate documentation for incidents and accidents. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct safe emergency road closures as directed

• Assist with winter patrol assignments efficiently

• Support emergency services during incidents on highways

• Maintain accurate documentation of work and incidents

• Assist maintenance crews with road closures and repairs

Requirements:

• Minimum DZ license in good standing

• Experience in highway maintenance operations

• Courteous and helpful with public and peers

• Punctual and available for shift work

• Physically capable of fulfilling duties during emergencies
