Mental Health and Trauma Care Specialist

In your role, you’ll assess clients’ psychological and emotional needs, providing tailored therapeutic interventions and maintaining meticulous clinical records. Collaborate with colleagues to launch innovative programs and facilitate therapeutic groups. Your involvement in client treatment planning will ensure effective recovery pathways for diverse patients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct client assessments and create intervention plans
• Document client progress and maintain records
• Facilitate group therapy and psycho-educational sessions
• Develop programs tailored to individual needs
• Support quality improvement through data collection
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Psychology
• Registration with relevant governing authority
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic methods and trauma
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
• Strong independent and teamwork abilities
