Health Information System Analyst WHCA

Become a Clinical Informatics Analyst at WELLINGTON HEALTH CARE ALLIANCE, driving the transition to a modern Health Information System. Your expertise will enhance clinical practices and system accuracy.

In this temporary role, WHCA is looking for two team members to support the planning and implementation of its Health Information System. Working under the VP Infrastructure, Diagnostics and CIO, you will assist in analyzing workflows, validating data, and creating training materials. Your interaction with clinicians and project teams will ensure the system aligns with real-world clinical applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and optimize clinical workflows across departments

• Validate data quality and ensure consistency in content

• Participate in system testing and user acceptance processes

• Develop training support for end-users during implementation

• Serve as liaison between clinical and project teams

Requirements:

• Health professional or related clinical experience

• Strong familiarity with hospital operational workflows

• Interest in clinical informatics and digital solutions

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills

• Experience with Meditech or similar health information systems
