REACH Child and Youth Development Society is seeking a dedicated Punjabi Parent Support Group Coordinator. In this pivotal position, you will help families navigate barriers to access vital services through culturally safe approaches. Your fluency in Punjabi and English will enhance relationships while employing a strengths-based method for support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop rapport using trauma-informed, family-centered practices

• Assist families with service referrals and access barriers

• Build community relationships for program knowledge

• Coordinate training sessions and parent information events

• Maintain records and provide monthly reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in human/social services

• One year of relevant experience or equivalent education

• Experience in multi-disciplinary team environments

• Fluent in Punjabi and English, other languages as asset

• Strong relationship-building skills with families and youth
