Key Responsibilities:

• Address emotional barriers impacting student success

• Develop preventive social and behavioral programs

• Provide direct support on emotional and behavioral issues

• Liaise between students, parents, and community agencies

• Assist with action plans and IEPs for students

Requirements:

• Child and Youth Worker Diploma or equivalent

• Experience with behavior and mental health support

• Knowledge of collaborative solutions and regulations

• Membership in Ontario Association of Child and Youth Care

• Group and individual counseling experience required
