Full Time Support Staff

Become part of Stonehenge's dedicated team as a Full Time Support Staff member in Guelph. This role focuses on client support, crisis intervention, and promoting recovery within various programs.

The Support Staff position at Stonehenge offers opportunities to develop vital skills across multiple programs, including Residential and Crisis Stabilization. You will support clients using evidence-based practices while ensuring their safety and wellbeing. You will also assist staff in maintaining therapeutic standards, creating a meaningful impact in clients' recovery journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise residents during daily activities

• Provide mental health and crisis support

• Conduct wellness checks and monitor symptoms

• Facilitate crisis intervention sessions

• Support staff with administrative tasks

Requirements:

• College Diploma or University Degree in relevant field

• Minimum six months of experience in mental health

• Previous experience in residential treatment preferred

• Valid G Driver’s License and reliable vehicle

• Standard First Aid/CPR certification
