The UGDSB is situated on the ancestral, treaty and title lands of two Anishinaabek Ojibwe Nations: the Michi Saagig of the Credit and the Saugeen Ojibway Nation. The UGDSB is seeking a dynamic individual to join our Student Support Services team for a permanent part-time opportunity in the capacity of Psychologist/Psychological Consultant.
Location: Arbour Vista Public School
Note:
School location/geographical area cannot be guaranteed in perpetuity and are subject to change based on student and system needs.

0.1 FTE; 3.5 hours per week
Base Salary Range:
Standard Grid – Psychologists or Psychological Associates:
$78,219 - $98,447 per year (based on 1.0 FTE full-time annual salary), plus applicable vacation pay, in accordance with the ESA; wage rate effective September 1, 2025
Qualified Ph.D. Grid – Psychologists or Psychological Associates with a Doctoral Degree:
$81,985 - $102,303 per year (based on 1.0 FTE full-time annual salary), plus applicable vacation pay, in accordance with the ESA; wage rate effective September 1, 2025
Labour Market Adjustment:
Standard Grid – Psychologists or Psychological Associates:
A 14.0% labour market adjustment to be applied to the base salary range;
salary range inclusive of market adjustment is $89,170 - $112,230 per year (based on 1.0 FTE full-time annual salary), plus applicable vacation pay, in accordance with the ESA; wage rate effective September 1, 2025
Qualified Ph.D. Grid – Psychologists or Psychological Associates with a Doctoral Degree:
A 21.0% labour market adjustment to be applied to the base salary range;
salary range inclusive of market adjustment is $99,202 - $123,787 per year (based on 1.0 FTE full-time annual salary), plus applicable vacation pay, in accordance with the ESA; wage rate effective September 1, 2025
Note:
Labour market adjustment may fluctuate based on local market and at discretion of the Board.
College/Association Fees: Reimbursement for full cost of professional fees as required by the Board
Start Date: To commence September 9, 2026
