Position: Service Coordinator for Mental Health

As a full-time Service Coordinator, you will address immediate crisis needs and facilitate access to mental health services at Here 24/7. This role requires expertise in crisis assessment and intervention while connecting individuals to community resources. Your contributions will be vital in improving the lives of individuals experiencing mental health and addiction challenges in Waterloo and Wellington.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to crisis situations in-person or via phone

• Provide mobile crisis support in the community

• Assess risks and connect individuals to necessary services

• Liaise with emergency services and community supports

• Maintain communication with individuals awaiting services

Requirements:

• Degree in psychology, social work, or related field

• Over 3 years of relevant experience

• Strong crisis intervention and assessment skills

• Excellent organizational and communication abilities

• Valid driver's license and ability to travel
