This Senior Systems Developer role is integral to our Digital and Advisor Technology team. You will develop system-based solutions, maintain codebases, and document processes for ongoing improvement.

Experience with Salesforce technologies such as APEX and Salesforce Lightning is essential, along with the skills to lead projects and mentor less experienced developers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop cohesive plans for technology solutions

• Create and implement medium to large complexity code

• Troubleshoot and implement plans for system integrity

• Identify solutions for application defects and root causes

• Lead project activities and mentor junior developers

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of Salesforce Tech Lead experience

• 5 years of Salesforce development expertise

• Post-secondary education in IT or Computer Science

• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce platform integrations

• Familiarity with Agile and Test Driven Development methodologies
