Position: Senior Systems Developer with Guidewire
Elevate your career as a Senior Systems Developer at CGL, working in a hybrid model. Leverage your Guidewire expertise to create impactful software solutions for clients.

Join CGL's IT-Solutions Delivery team, where you will be pivotal in developing and maintaining systems using your knowledge of the Guidewire suite.

Your role will involve coding, troubleshooting, and supporting team members in complex initiatives. You will apply your skills in JIRA, REST/SOAP, and Object-Oriented Programming to drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop system features of medium to large complexity

• Lead coding and troubleshooting efforts on system development

• Create implementation plans for new solutions

• Identify and recommend improvements for application defects

• Perform unit testing and guide junior developers

Requirements:

• Five years of IT experience, preferably in Guidewire

• Post-secondary education in a related field

• Experienced in Object-Oriented Programming, particularly JAVA

• Familiarity with behavior/test-driven development

• Strong communication and collaborative skills
