In this pivotal role at Linamar, you will supervise daily driver operations, guiding performance and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Responsibilities include conducting training sessions, evaluating driver performance, and resolving operational issues. You will also play an integral part in recruiting new drivers and managing compliance with transportation regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer feedback and training to enhance driver efficiency

• Recommend solutions to improve operational performance

• Engage in recruitment and new driver onboarding

• Uphold compliance with Canadian and US transportation laws

• Monitor and manage attendance and leave requests

Requirements:

• Secondary School Diploma required

• Must hold Fleet Driver Trainer Certification

• 5 years of truck driving experience necessary

• Valid AZ License required

• Proficient in MTO and USDOT requirements
