Relief – Direct Delivery Driver – Guelph, Ontario – Individual Contributor

Reporting to:
Distribution Supervisor

Schedule:

4, 10‑hour shifts Tuesday‑Friday. Seasonal full‑time position ending at the beginning of September. Hourly rate: $19.83. Seasonal retention bonus of $500 available upon contract completion.

• Deliver beer (kegs and packaged) to and pick up empties from licensee accounts
• Pick up payment and reconcile truck inventory
• Report and troubleshoot service issues as needed
• Complete necessary reports and documentation, in accordance with company procedures and government regulations
• Maintain a clean, safe vehicle and report any deficiencies to supervisors and fleet staff
• Load and unload delivery trucks as required
• Adhere to required food safety standards and report non‑conformities
• Perform other warehouse duties as required

• Minimum age of 21 years
• 3 years driving experience with a valid G class driver’s license and a clean driving abstract
• Clean criminal check record
• Customer service / delivery experience an asset
• Dedication to customer service
• Ability to perform repetitive heavy lifting, including 58‑L kegs (160lb)
• May assist in warehouse, including forklift operation
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills
• Knowledge of beer dispensing systems an asset
• May require shift work or overnight runs
