Position: Join Waste Management as a DZ Driver

Waste Management is looking for skilled DZ Residential Drivers in Mount Forest, ON! Enjoy a physically engaging job where you handle waste collection and maintain community cleanliness.

In this non-union role, you’ll drive heavy-duty trucks to collect waste and recyclable materials from residential areas. The successful candidate will manage manual loading, have experience navigating busy environments, and collaborate closely with the Operations Manager. This full-time position offers both morning and afternoon shift options, maintaining a consistent work schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate trucks in accordance with safety protocols

• Perform comprehensive vehicle inspections

• Communicate service-related issues to management

• Ensure customer locations are debris-free post-pickup

• Complete daily check-out procedures efficiently

Requirements:

• Valid DZ driver’s license with air brake endorsement

• Minimum one year’s driving experience required

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Proficient in English for communication

• Authorized to work legally in Canada
