Your role is vital to operational success.
As a key member of the team, you will assist the Materials Supervisor in logistics paperwork, inventory entries, and maintaining compliance with safety policies. You will also coordinate with customers and carriers, ensuring all shipments meet specific guidelines. Collaborate in a supportive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage inventory entry and validation processes
• Create customs documents and shipping labels
• Collaborate with customers for shipment accuracy
• Conduct inventory audits and adjustments
• Document and report any shipping discrepancies
Requirements:
• Secondary education completion mandatory
• Shipping/receiving experience is essential
• Fluent English communication skills required
• Competence in Microsoft Office tools
• Familiarity with ERP concepts is advantageous
