As a Driver Team Leader, your expertise in truck driving and training will guide the driver team towards optimal performance. You'll handle scheduling, compliance, and problem resolution, impacting delivery quality and team efficiency. Strong communication skills will be essential in this leadership position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement training and coaching to improve driver efficiency

• Resolve work-related problems and recommend solutions

• Participate in driver onboarding and training activities

• Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations

• Execute performance evaluations and monitor drug programs

Requirements:

• Secondary School Diploma required

• At least 5 years of experience driving trucks

• Current AZ License and fleet management certification

• Comprehensive understanding of MTO and USDOT guidelines

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and fleet software tools
