Position: Casual Driver for Client Transportation
Support clients with VON Canada as a Casual Driver, transporting them safely to designated facilities in Guelph & Wellington. Ensure client needs are met as you assist during travel.

VON Canada is seeking a Casual Driver to provide vital transportation support to clients. This role involves safely transporting clients using an accessible vehicle and attending to their needs during each trip. Ideal candidates will have experience with seniors and adults with disabilities, ensuring safety and comfort throughout the journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transport clients safely to various facilities

• Maintain daily vehicle logs and check safety certifications

• Assist clients with equipment safely during transport

• Abide by confidentiality and personal protection policies

• Collaborate with team members for effective service delivery

Requirements:

• High school diploma required

• Minimum one year experience with seniors or disabled adults

• Valid driver’s permit and clean driver abstract

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds
