Level 1 Dispatcher

Position: Level 1 Dispatcher at TransX Ltd.
Join TransX Ltd. as a Level 1 Dispatcher, responsible for effective fleet management and superior customer service from Friday to Sunday shifts at our Aberfoyle facility. Ensure operational excellence and support drivers to meet high performance standards.

In this role, you will efficiently manage fleet dispatching and communication with drivers, focusing on on-time service and problem-solving. Key activities include maintaining dispatch records, generating bills, and supporting compliance with transportation regulations. Candidates with strong analytical and communication skills who thrive in logistics will excel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispatch trips using TMW software efficiently

• Confirm ready times and address driver concerns

• Maintain detailed records for deliveries and pickups

• Create and send invoices for customer shipments

• Collaborate with teams to meet goals and targets

Requirements:

• High School Diploma; post-secondary education preferred

• Preferred dispatch experience with Excel and TMW

• Strong organizational and prioritization skills

• Knowledge of trucking industry regulations

• Excellent communication and decision-making abilities
