Position: Level 1 Dispatcher at TransX Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

• Confirm daily ready times and weekly resets with drivers

• Discuss load requirements to ensure timely deliveries

• Assist drivers with on-road issues as they arise

• Maintain records of dispatched calls and driver performance

• Generate billing and invoices for shipments

Requirements:

• High School Diploma; post-secondary preferred

• Dispatch experience or logistics background preferred

• Proficiency in Excel and TMW software

• Strong organizational and analytical skills required

• Knowledge of trucking regulations and industry practices
