Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to shipment requests and book cost shipments

• Monitor shipment information and ensure successful movement

• Communicate effectively with customers regarding orders and returns

Requirements:

• 2 years of operations experience in trucking

• Familiarity with Full Circle and 3G TMS systems

• Knowledge of ISO
9001:2015 and ISO
14001:2015 standards

• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
