The position is crucial for supporting operational excellence and customer service, focusing on driver success and efficient fleet management. Key Responsibilities:

• Confirm daily and weekly schedules with fleet drivers

• Ensure timely and efficient load communication

• Assist drivers with road-related issues promptly

• Maintain logs of dispatch activities and driver performance

• Generate accurate billing and invoice documentation

Requirements:

• Minimum of a High School Diploma; post-secondary education preferred

• Experience in dispatching or logistics is appreciated

• Familiarity with TMW and Excel applications

• Strong analytical and organizational skills required

• Knowledge of trucking industry regulations is crucial
