As a volunteer driver, you will be expected to transport community members and deliver goods as required. This role is ideal for someone patient and dependable who enjoys engaging with others. Whether using the agency van or your vehicle, you will play an important role in ensuring clients reach their appointments safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver essential items to clients in the community
• Provide safe transportation for community members to appointments
Requirements:
• Hold a valid Ontario driver’s licence with a good record
• Show a willingness to assist community individuals
• If applicable, have $2,000,000 insurance coverage for your vehicle
• Complete all necessary volunteer screening steps
• Be friendly and patient with all clients
