Position: Warehouse Operator 1 Role - Medline

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, your duties will involve processing and organizing inventory, picking, and packing orders accurately. Candidates must be capable of performing repetitive tasks and lifting up to 50 pounds throughout shifts. You will also operate warehouse equipment and maintain a clean, safe environment to uphold operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently pick and pack customer orders

• Safely operate material handling equipment

• Inspect and organize incoming stock

• Report unsafe conditions proactively

• Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse

Requirements:

• 1 year distribution or warehouse experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Forklift experience is a strong asset

• Strong communication skills

• Positive attitude and reliable attendance
