This position will be based at 550 Hanlon Creek Blvd, Guelph, ON. Workdays are Monday to Friday, with a shift from 4:30 AM to 9:30 AM. You must be available for all five days and meet the required 25 hours per week.

Shift Duration: 3‑5 hours per day. Minimum hourly wage: $18.50.

• Load and unload packages into delivery vehicles and trailers.
• Execute company‑established package handling methods.
• Sort and stock packages based on postal code.

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs unassisted.
• Full availability Monday‑through‑Friday (all five days).
• Ability to read and memorize postal codes.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment.
• Comfortable working inside truck trailers and delivery vehicles.
• No prior warehouse experience required.

• Hourly wage $18.50, with automatic progression to $31.49 per hour after 48 months per the Union Collective Agreement.
• Tuition reimbursement up to $2,000 per semester (subject to eligibility, program approval, and satisfactory academic performance).
