Take charge of warehouse operations at JYSK Canada as a Warehouse Lead. This role provides an opportunity to enhance team performance and ensure inventory management efficiency.

As a Warehouse Lead, you will assist in managing day-to-day warehouse activities, prioritizing safety, organization, and cleanliness. You will oversee unloading and stocking processes while supervising and mentoring your team. This position is pivotal for maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring effective communication between staff to manage stock needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate team training on warehouse processes

• Ensure operational safety and compliance

• Manage inventory, reducing theft and damage

• Supervise unloading and stocking of merchandise

• Print and verify receiving reports for stock

Requirements:

• At least 6 months of relevant warehouse experience

• Preferable: 1+ year of retail experience

• A high school diploma or equivalent is desirable

• Strong organizational and prioritization skills

• Decision-making abilities in a fast-paced setting
