Reporting to the National Inventory Manager, the Inventory Associate is essential for maintaining stock accuracy and efficiency. This detail-oriented role requires performing cycle counts, conducting root cause analysis on discrepancies, and coordinating with cross-functional teams. Your expertise in inventory control, including using SAP ERP, plays a crucial part in ensuring accurate records and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular cycle counts to verify stock accuracy
• Perform root cause analysis on inventory discrepancies
• Collaborate with teams to resolve inventory issues
• Reconcile physical counts with system data
• Maintain compliance with inventory control regulations
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in inventory control preferred
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to operate material handling equipment
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs safely
