Assistant Warehouse Manager

Position: Dynamic Assistant Warehouse Manager Role
Lead daily operations at Goldline as an Assistant Warehouse Manager in Mississauga, ON. Drive team productivity through active supervision and hands-on leadership while fostering a positive work culture.

This full-time position reports directly to the Warehouse Manager. You will manage a team of four full-time associates and seasonal staff, focusing on executing daily tasks like receiving and inventory control. A strong emphasis on safety and effective problem-solving will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily workflows and schedule team labor

• Optimize warehouse layout for inventory management

• Resolve operational challenges proactively

• Promote a strong health and safety culture

• Model community engagement within the team

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in a warehouse or logistics environment

• 2 years of supervisory experience required

• Post-secondary education in relevant fields

• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems

• Valid Ontario Class G driver’s license
