Enhance stock accuracy at Medline Canada as a Full-Time Inventory Associate based in Guelph, ON. Key responsibilities include cycle counts, stock management, and SAP transaction handling for precise inventory control.
In this role, you will report directly to the National Inventory Manager and be crucial in maintaining inventory accuracy. By conducting cycle counts and executing root cause analysis for discrepancies, you'll work alongside cross-functional teams to tackle and rectify inventory issues. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be vital for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform regular cycle counts for inventory checks
• Develop corrective actions for inventory discrepancies
• Manage inventory adjustments via SAP ERP system
• Reconcile inventory records with physical counts
• Adhere to established inventory control procedures
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Relevant inventory control experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate material handling equipment
