Inventory Associate

Join Medline Canada as an Inventory Associate, a temporary full-time role in Guelph, Ontario, focused on inventory accuracy and SAP utilization. This position requires attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

You will report to the National Sr. Inventory Manager and conduct cycle counts, manage stock, and reconcile discrepancies. Your responsibilities will also include performing root cause analysis and ensuring compliance with inventory control policies. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy

• Perform root cause analysis for discrepancies

• Coordinate with teams to resolve inventory issues

• Manage inventory records and transactions in SAP

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Experience in inventory control preferred

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Ability to operate material handling equipment

• Strong problem-resolution and communication skills
