As an experienced Cart Picker, you will use a headset, cart, and voice-picking system to select customer orders. You will move product through the warehouse, stage completed orders, replenish inventory, and support general warehouse activities. The role requires steady pacing, attention to detail, and safe work practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Pick customer orders using headset and voice-picking instructions
- Move products throughout the warehouse with a cart
- Stage completed orders and replenish product as required
- Lift and move products weighing up to 50 pounds
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
- Previous warehouse, retail, production, or distribution experience is an asset
- Comfort using headsets and following voice-picking instructions
- Ability to walk, bend, reach, lift, and move products
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and safety
- Reliable transportation to Elora and assigned-shift availability
