As part of Gore Mutual’s dedicated team, you will leverage your extensive experience in accident benefits claims handling to directly support claimants.

Your role will involve investigating, negotiating, and managing claims effectively in compliance with all relevant regulations. You will also mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledgeable environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Document and assess medical reports related to claims

• Negotiate settlements effectively for moderate complexity claims

• Participate in case conferences and present claims as needed

• Facilitate communication with claimants and guardians

• Mentor the Med Desk adjusting Team on best practices

Requirements:

• Degree/diploma in insurance or a related field

• Minimum five years of experience in accident benefits

• Exposure to LAT handling and litigation processes

• Experience in achieving favorable outcomes at settlement conferences

• Strong decision-making and negotiation abilities
